Well, it is the New Year.  That means to let all the crap from last year go.  I have a great job, an awesome family, 3 really cool bosses, a shoe collection to die for, oh and my health.  It is time to move on and not the little petty things that drive me INSANE bother me.  I need to realize that there are some people in this world who are not happy and look at what others have accomplished and can't stand it.  These people are not welcome in my  life!

I have scheduled 3 really awesome trips with friends for the spring and summer.  I am going to have so much fun!  I will meet new friends and forget about the weight of fair weather friends who were never really my friends to begin with.  They used me to get what I COULD DO FOR THEM.  When they think they got it, I was history (not that I am complaining).

I have added another author to my "stable" of bosses.  I am getting more requests for my reviews.  I am a happy camper.

On that note, there were a few books that I read recently that deserve some props,

Rainshadow Road by Lisa Kleypas - I was lucky enough to be sent an ARC of this book.  While I enjoyed Christmas Eve in Friday Harbor, this book was so much better.  I read it twice in one weekend!  That is saying alot as I am not the type to re-read books.  If you get the chance, pick this book up, you will not be disappointed!

Untouched by Sara Humphreys - This was a book I read for one of my review gigs.  I LOVED it!  I really enjoyed the idea about the shape shifters and the Amoveo.  And, Miss Sara knows how to write a book!  I am anxiously awaiting the next.  Sara, if you read this, please hurry!  I am extremely impatient!

Desperate Housedogs by Sparkle Abbey - An adorable mystery about a pet psychologist caught up in the murder of a client.  The characters were, how do I put this, characters.  I want them all to be my friends!  Of course, they all have some secrets lurking under the surface.  Great Read!!

Well, I will be posting more reviews and stuff soon.  I have a slew of Arc's to go through.

Hope all is well with you!

Talk to you later, bitches!!
